Vineyards of controlled production located between 300 and 650 metres of altitude. Fermented in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature and 8 days maceration with autochthonous yeasts.
APPEARANCE: Brilliant red ruby colour with slightly matt tones.
AROMA: Fresh and lightly fruity.
PALATE: Smooth, harmonious and well bodied.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: Serve between 12 and 14 ºC.
GASTRONOMY: Recommended together with all kind of dishes, specially meat, rice and pâté
